The first big feature coming in Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro is Circle to Search, which Samsung introduced in the recently launched flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S24 Series. Circle to Search works with the help of AI i.e. Artificial Intelligence feature. With the help of this feature, users can search by circling, highlighting, scribble or tapping on anything visible on the display. This feature will be included in Pixel 8 series from January 31.
Many special features will come in Google Pixel
Apart from this, the January 2024 feature drop is also going to come in Google Pixel, due to which users will also be able to measure their body temperature using the thermometer in Pixel 8 series. For this, you will have to bring the camera bar of your phone in front of your forehead and tap on the screen, and then you will know the temperature of your body. This means that you will be able to detect the fever of your body yourself.
The Messages application on the Pixel 8 series now supports Magic Compose and Photomoji stable versions. The first feature lets you draft messages and rewrite them in different tones like: Remix, Excited, Chill, Shakespeare, Lyrical, Formal, or Short.
Photomoji and audio switch feature
The second feature Photomoji will be useful in creating custom stickers and reactions using your photos. It is also available on older Pixel devices. Google has confirmed that the Nearby Share feature will now be seen as Quick Share on all supported Pixel devices.
Google’s Audio Switch feature is now available on Pixel Watch and Pixel Watch 2. This means that if you have Pixel Buds Pro earbuds, you can easily switch audio on devices like Pixel Watch, Pixel Watch 2, Pixel tablet, and Pixel smartphone. Later this feature will also be implemented in Pixel 5a.
